| the front tr pin does not fit through the main shaft tight, to observe this pyhsically hold the front tr pulley, then do as you say you will see there will be little to no movement, the play as you see is the movement of the retaining pin moving inside the main shaft hole for alignment, this is of no concern. If this heli is in fact used I would suggest checking to see that you have the newest 4059 front tr pulley as it is much more beefed up, it should look like this if pervious owner updated the part.
