On the swashplate drive; With the swash level and at mid stick. Do I then tighten the swashplate driver with the arms level and in line with the longitudinal axis of the heli?

Yes and the Bladegrips should be in line with the swash driver which is in-line with the swashplate. If they aren't you have some offset and coupling.

With the servos at mid stick, you tighten the driver so the arms are at 90 degrees and the driver itself is parallel to the head. If you look from the top of the head downwards, the swash driver should be perfectly in line with the head. Like this:

Thanks guys, I think I have it right. I don't get zero pitch, not even close with the linkage rods set up with 35mm space between the end on them.

I had to lengthen my rods from the swash to the grips abput six turns out.
