e-Mikado Logo 400 500 600 > Logo 500 V-Bar/600 V-Bar on SIM vs reality

Hey guys.

Can anyone tell me how close the Logo 500 V-Bar and 600 V-bar helis are in Real Flight 3.5 to the real thing?

I'm considering my 3rd heli (1st is an E325 mini-Titan, 2nd is an E550 Raptor). I really like how the Logos fly in the SIM.

Thanks

Hi Dave,

It's so close, if you make right set-up.

I'm using LOGO 500 V-Bar SIM model on my G4, I got it from knifeedge forum. First impression was - the SIM model flies like unreal, but V-Bar software has a lot of different settings, and you can set-up your model to be close to the SIM model.
Just need to spend more time with the heli and the V-Bar software.

Thanks marcho_bg.

I'm leaning highly towards the Logo 500 (with V-Bar or without). I think my list of new heli interests has been narrowed down to:

-Logo 500
-Outrage 550

-JR Vibe 90
-Avant Aurora

How much do you want to spend? It really comes down to price and you have the Avant Aurora on the list ............Ron

I already have L10, L500, and L600's right now so, from that list the Aurora looks great! There are two things that keep me from picking up either a Aurora or an N9, well maybe three.

1. I'm so broke I can't pay attention! A new heli is definately not in my budget.

2. I live in the city. I'd have to drive twenty miles to fly it. Electric is just more practical in the city.

3. The Aurora is not easy to get. Good luck on that one. It sure is pretty though.

I'm actually going to remove the Aurora due to:

-Very poor heli availability (which assumes)
-Very poor parts availability
-Poor parts fit/quality (loose swash ball among others)
-The torque tube has a known issue

I like to buy quality once rather than sub-par multiple times.

My revised list is:

1) Logo 500
2) Outrage 550 (pending reviews)
3) JR Vibe 50

I'm really an electric kind of guy and I have (3) 6s 5300mAh packs for my E550 Raptor so that makes the Logo 500 very attractive.

If I get the Logo I might sell the E550.

My current heli list is:

E550 Raptor
E325 mini-Titan
Blade CX-2
