Guys will the trex600 nitro tool work on the knight 3D? I have the trueblood swash tool and it's excellent! If not is a similar one available for the knight?

that is the official tool ;-)

i simply use the back of my allan key's. put handle on frame, drop swash down and make level, turn alan key 90 degrees (on horizontal plane) and rest on bearing block, and level swash again. takes few 90 degree swaps to get level

always get it within 1 click of perfect level hover.

I think Karmans method is more accurate and cheaper, the official tool is nice but unnecessary. I use a similar method by employing a 6" rule instead of the allen key.

Oh my god the ground came out of nowhere!!

Thanks guys. I'm flying the trex nitro at the moment and plan on getting the knight 3D. Do both the G10 and Carbon versions come with a painted canopy?

painted canopy is an optional item the kit includes a narrow plastic canopy with windshield

you can get plain gel coat fiberglass canopies

or painted with the factory scheme
