Here are some videos of Nick flying at our first indoor funfly of the year. These are not my videos, one is taken by an unkown person and the other was taken by Andy Panoncillo.

Check out that flip rate! Must be running a lot of cyclic pitch. Any lower and you will need to cut a hole in the floor!

Sensational flying, thanks for posting.

Thanks for the kind words, and for posting the videos Jason! Had a great time over there in Indy.

Set-up is the std. Furion 450 with softest dampening and no shims. On the closest in flybar carrier ratio and closest in mixing ratio also.

The electronics set-up in that model is:

Futaba 617RX
Hitec 5065 cyclic servos
MS Composit 325mm blades

It's nice to see Nick Maxwell on RR. I've seen him at our fun-fly this past August (Club CRASH in Quebec Canada) and what you guys are saying is 100% right, he can fly the "heli" out of any helicopter. One thing we have to remember thought is that the heli has to be of good enough quality to take this abuse.

I wish I could fly 24/7

Nice Nick, you look way to relaxed in your stance though.

I tend to agree to an extent however the more you keep beating on these little Furions the more you realise that you aren't coming anywhere close to their limit as Nick clearly demonstrates. Any machine that can take that sort of punishment as a "standard" and totally non upgrade kit, is special in my book and I have owned and flown alot of 450's

I took the first video. That was the first time I had ever recorded a 3D flight. I think the video turned out OK. Of course, the flying was awesome!

you da man

I have to agree with the guy that said that you look way too relaxed in your stance. It looks like you are chillin' like a villain but your heli is gettin' it. Mad skillz!!! Even more impressive in person. Saw you fly at ircha and wow very impressive!! You will be around for a long time.
